Terms of Service

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Acceptance

By using makesaas.dev or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy a product.

Products

makesaas.dev sells downloadable starter Templates, Skinny Templates, and standalone Feature Packs. Paid products are sold under two one-time tiers: the Standard License (the product as described on its page) and the Pro License (everything in Standard, plus extra features set per product). Prices are set per product and shown on each product page before checkout.

License grant

Each license covers unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. Licenses are single-buyer: one buyer per license. Every product zip ships a LICENSE file stating the full grant; if this page and that file disagree, the LICENSE file in your zip wins.

Restrictions

No redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the source, in whole or in part, whether the product was paid or free. You may not offer the source, or a product whose value is primarily the source, to anyone else.

Payments

Checkout runs through Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record. Payments, VAT, and receipts are Creem's responsibility. All prices are one-time payments in USD — no subscriptions.

Refunds

No refunds after a paid product has been downloaded. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page and is shown at checkout.

Termination and end-of-life

A product is never silently abandoned. If a product is retired, it is delisted from sale but existing buyers keep download access, and the changelog marks it end-of-life. We may revoke download access for a buyer who violates the license restrictions above.

Liability and warranty

Products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, makesaas.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of a product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the courts of your own country.
