Refund Policy
No refunds after download
Digital products cannot be returned — once a paid product has been downloaded, there is no way to prove deletion. For that reason, no refunds are given after a paid product has been downloaded. Creem logs every download (buyer, product, version, timestamp), which is what makes this policy enforceable and fair.
Before you download
If you bought a product and have not downloaded it, email jaadchi@gmail.com with your order number and we will review a refund. Unsure whether a product fits before buying? Ask first — every product page lists exactly what is included.
What a refund does
When a refund is issued, download access to the refunded product is revoked, and the order is marked as refunded in your creem.io account.
Disputes
If you file a chargeback, Creem's download logs are used to support the dispute process. Talking to us first is faster: jaadchi@gmail.com.
EU and UK buyers
Digital content normally carries a 14-day withdrawal right. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive that withdrawal right once you download the product.
