• Contact messages — messages you send through the contact form, stored in our database so we can read and answer them.

Orders, payment details, and downloads are handled by Creem (creem.io) in your creem.io account, not stored on this site.

How we use it

To answer support requests and run the product catalog. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record — payment details, VAT, receipts, and download delivery are Creem's responsibility and are covered by Creem's own privacy policy. The site is served by our hosting provider. These processors receive only the data needed to perform their service.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies only — a session cookie for the site maintainer's admin login. Visitors get no cookies at all. There are no analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies, so no consent banner is required.

Retention

Contact messages are kept until the conversation is resolved. Order records live with Creem, under Creem's own retention policy.

You can request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your personal data, a portable copy of your data, or object to processing — at any time, by emailing jaadchi@gmail.com. For data held by Creem (orders, downloads, your creem.io account), manage it in your creem.io account or contact Creem directly.
