## No refunds after download

Digital products cannot be returned — once a paid product has been downloaded, there is no way to prove deletion. For that reason, **no refunds are given after a paid product has been downloaded**. Creem logs every download (buyer, product, version, timestamp), which is what makes this policy enforceable and fair.

## Before you download

If you bought a product and have not downloaded it, email [jaadchi@gmail.com](mailto:jaadchi@gmail.com) with your order number and we will review a refund. Unsure whether a product fits before buying? Ask first — every product page lists exactly what is included.

## What a refund does

When a refund is issued, download access to the refunded product is revoked, and the order is marked as refunded in your creem.io account.

## Disputes

## EU and UK buyers

Digital content normally carries a 14-day withdrawal right. At checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive that withdrawal right once you download the product.
